Housing Authority Projects

Project Overview

In partnership with the Faculty of Engineering (Shubra, Benha University), Zenith provided execution supervision on a series of housing projects for the Urban Communities Authority — covering social housing, distinguished housing and luxury developments.

Supervised Developments

• Social housing — 233 buildings, Hadayek 6th October.
• Social housing — 195 buildings, Hadayek 6th October.
• Egypt Housing — 96 buildings (Hadayek 6th October) & 82 buildings (New 6th October).
• Jannah luxury project — 72 buildings (6th October) & 82 buildings (Zayed City).

Service Buildings

Schools, commercial markets, kindergartens, health units and youth centres delivered alongside the residential blocks.
